We don’t believe in templated workshops or pre-packaged solutions. Every engagement begins with one simple question: “What are we really trying to change?” Only then do we design — and only when design is the answer.

Why we exist?

Over two decades in learning design taught me this: most training responds to symptoms, not root causes.

I’ve worked across corporate L&D, education systems, and sustainability ventures—often brought in to resolve critical capability challenges. Whether building internal teams, consulting on learning frameworks, or leading the design of complex programs, I’ve seen the same issue repeated: too much production, too little precision.

I founded The Growth Perspective to change that.

We operate at the intersection of business strategy and learning science—translating complex needs into targeted, high-impact learning interventions. No pre-set formats. No assumptions. Just clear diagnosis and design that enables performance.
